[Greenbuilding] [BULK] Re: Baxi Luna question

You guys have me worried now.

I'm building a new house & plan to install a Baxi Luna, Takagi, 
Bosch/Aquastar, or similar propane tankless heater, which will 
eventually back up a solar preheat tank (when I can afford the solar).  
Kitchen sink is 10 feet from the heater, tub and shower are upstairs, 
total run to get there is about 40 feet.  I'm wondering now if a better 
option is to install a direct-vent gas tank and double-wrap it in 
insulation.
