We have one of these teamed with a TKD-20 Takagi and I wouldn't have it any 
other way,. takes just seconds to get hot water from any faucet. There is 
some adjusting to tankless but it's just a matter of trial and error plus 
our LP gas bills are funny low these days, it's a pleasure writing the 
check.
