I am looking at this question right now as well. I need to choose my windows in the next few weeks.  I have priced Inline and Thermotech.  Thermotech certainly offers 
the most extensive line of different glazings and low-e and touts their efficiency.  I am also looking at a small Montreal company (Marchand), who makes very high quality fiberglass casement with interior solid wood cladding (not veneer).  But they don't seem as knowledgeable about the different low-e options.  They claim an R-6 casement.
Pilkington is one of the low-e coatings offered by Thermotech.   Has 
anyone checked Fibertech in Concord Ont.?
