Hi all,

Thanks to all who sent me recommendations for selling our house. 
I'll definitely follow up on the ideas.  My realtor is great, and is 
looking forward to the challenge of selling our home for us.  She's 
got the right idea, putting fliers at Whole Foods, listing on the 
various websites that have green houses for sale, talking it up at 
the Austin garden meetings she attends, etc.

I hope being so close to Austin will help.  Real estate prices there 
(and raw land) have skyrocketed, and it's almost impossible to find 
anything like this within commuting distance of Austin.  And believe 
it or not, our wee little town is the hub of a new Transit Oriented 
Development area (three miles from our house) with a small commuter 
train coming next year that will zip into downtown Austin.
