[Greenbuilding] 'cove' electric heaters

I'm looking at 'cove' electric heaters for supplemental/
backup heating - for example,

They seem to have a number of advantages relative to standard
baseboard heaters in terms of how they work (radiative vs.
conductive heating) and where they can be located.  Anyone
have any experience with these?
