[Greenbuilding] Detailed Green Building Books

Hello folks,

A friend recently asked me if there are any "serious"
books on green building (i.e. nuts and bolts) and I
didn't have a good answer for them.  All the books
that I've read on the subject are very general, not
detailed enough for builders interested in joining the
movement.  Does anyone know of any books that are more
detailed (and that have the full gamut of green
building from natural building to advanced framing and
beyond)?
