[Greenbuilding] Advanced framing/OVE / 100 years from now

No gap and there is no sheathing on the exterior at all just the eps boards.
Sheathing is only on the shear walls and to the interior (could be on the
exterior but I like structure on the interior.) 

I'm not familiar with radiant barrier eps panels.

Do you leave a small air gap between the sheathing and the exterior 
foam, or is that only done with radiant barrier foam panels?
