I have not worked with them directly, but I do know one of the people  
involved in the Canadian office. Rodney Wilts was the founder and  
former owner of The Healthiest Home Store in Ottawa. I've done a fair  
bit of research and looked into what they have done and want to do.  
It's sound stuff really. The BEDZED project had people like ARUP  
involved in it's design. A pretty large and solid company. Rodney is  
a great champion for green/healthy/better building so not knowing  
exactly what you are planning on doing with them, I can only say that  
I do not believe them to be sheisters or greenwashers, but serious  
dedicated smart people.
