This sounds nutty. ALL insulation is going to be in at least 1%
relative humidity all the time. Even deserts are much higher than
that. Does he perhaps mean 1% moisture content?

Really, since even the driest buildings are at 20% RH or so, this
would mean that ALL batt insulation is useless, and since it is the
most common form of insulation in the US, you'd think someone would
have noticed that it didn't help by now.
Please trim your posts (that last was over 10k, for less than 1k new
