fill it with polyurethane and get R-25 in the cavity and a nice rigid wall.
Then put a couple inches of foamboard on the outside to give another R10
thermal break. Maybe cover the inside with thick plaster for thermal mass?
That would be a fine wall system that would probably perform far better
thermally than 2x6 w/fiberglass and conventional construction. Strength?
would have to have an engineer run the numbers on that...
