Yes that eco  broker thing isn't particularly enlightening. It's  
helpful in that it slowly moves the residential real estate towards  
having green features listed and then hopefully more fully promoted,  
but it's a basic training to say the least.

This came in my inbox yesterday. It does focus more on the commercial  
side of things and multi unit residential. It's in Toronto, but I'm  
sure that there are similar events near your neck of the woods.
