Don't want to get into a pissing contest on this one, but a basement
storage design does NOT necessarily presume drywall or other
sheathing. Most folks do not necessarily finish their basements. If
a designer knows sheathing is necessary to prevent buckling, then it
needs to be spec'd on the prints. Sacie
