[Greenbuilding] [BULK] High Eff fluorescent Fixtures??

Here is a good chart comparing various bulb efficiencies.  As you can
see, the worst CFL's are almost as inefficient as incandescent bulbs,
whereas the best CFL's are 3X as efficient, but still not as good as a
regular linear T8 fluorescent.
