[Greenbuilding] Solar Power Tower in Spain

The Spanish seem to make to with about 2,500 kWh/yr & avg household for
their appliances and lighting. Given its climate, space heating is quite low
in Spain relative to the rest of the EU. See slides 12 and 13 below:

As near as I can tell, an EU average for annual household electricity
consumption is about 3,500 to 3,600 kWh.
