[Greenbuilding] Solar Power Tower in Spain

We have been averaging about 10kwh/day during the winter in our house. 
We have all CFL bulbs, energy star appliances and turn off lights when 
not in the room.  We do have an electric oven (gas top) and an electric 
clothes dryer.  We heat hot water with propane.  It's not hard to drop 
your electrical useage if you are willing to try.
