[Greenbuilding] Solar Power Tower in Spain

When power is expensive you tend to use less of it.  In Germany the 
power is $0.20 per kwh.  That is part of the reason (along with good 
fixed price contracts) that solar PV is so popular over there.  At the 
prices they pay it makes it worth while to conserve.
