[Greenbuilding] window area for solar house

My shop has just about all the glass I could fit in the south wall,
and it comes
to 18% of the floor area. It's usually all the heat I need (but of
course, I'm
working there). The trick is to capture the midday excess and reduce
the
   nighttime losses.
