[Greenbuilding] Rainbarrels and soaker hoses

Thanks to Chris, Tom, Lance, Doug and Lawrence for all the helpful
suggestions. I've learned a lot-- from the facts on static head pressure
to Azolla ferns!

I think we are going to try to stay as low-tech as possible and try just
a few barrels this year, using in-line filtration and some sort of drip.
Will look into the Drip-Eze system to see if we can get it in this
country. Otherwise we'll drill some holes in old hoses.

Someone sent my question to Stark Environmental Products, and I've been
in touch with them and learned a lot about their products-- they are
particularly knowledgeable in harvesting rainwater for domestic use.
