 Here's another thought on ethanol.  The only thing I learned in Economics 
101 (the rest didn't make any sense, and still doesn't) was that secondary 
effects matter.

When the secondary effects of our deadly addiction to petroleum are body 
bags flown in daily to Dover Air Force Base I begin to think real hard as to 
how I can cut my use of the Devil's Tea.

I sure can live with our personal use of biodiesel allot better that the 
fossil fuel alternative, despite all of it's shortcomings.
