Off topic---
Recently, Milwaukee put GPS systems in all police vehicles to track
where they were at all times. This was intended to help with response
times, etc. However, many patrol officers began putting aluminum foil
over the antenna so that they couldn't be tracked. They didn't want
headquarters to be know where they are at all times.
