[Greenbuilding] reduced flow shower heads

Anyone seen reviews on reduced flow shower heads? I've seen some ads 
and product announcements recently for some new ones. I want to 
recommend to my condo that we all install them (as well as spec them 
on my own projects), but I want to make sure people will like them -- 
as opposed to hating me and removing the flow constrictors...
