     If it was a light frost, then probably not.  They add a bit of 
anti-freeing agent to it, if the weather calls for it, and the curing 
reaction itself is mildly exothermic.  Also, the mass of the concrete 
itself provides thermal momentum.

     Sustained freezing temperatures, especially with exposure to a 
clear sky?  Yes, worry.  Cover it with loose straw, or some 
insulation, or a few tarps.
