[Greenbuilding] inward-opening wood windows (French Casement?) available in US?

I got my windows from Inline Fiberglass in Toronto, Ontario
(www.inlinefiberglass.com). The french door that we got has the tilt
and turn mechanism and has no center post giving a 6' clear opening when
open. It was around $2500 3 years ago.
