sips are great. well insulated, airtight. best suited to large projects and simple geometries. they prove a house will stand up without framing.
plan electrical as surface mount, plumbing and ductwork only on interior walls ( good practice anyway)
go for the thickest panels you can afford. oil at$100 /bbl
