[Greenbuilding] greywater system in Washington DC suburbs?

Greetings-

 

is anyone aware of an approved residential greywater system in the
Washington DC suburbs?  I have a client in Montgomery County, MD (10" below
the norm of 31" of rain, so far this year), who is a very capable
gardener-and who could handle the set up and maintenance quite well.
