The good professor Dobson and his gracious wife created their sublimely
beautiful B&B astride the Rio Grande gorge using old tires and wine bottles.
Rumor has it that each and every bottle was drained by the hosts; although I
cannot disprove it, I'm not inclined to dispute it either.

home to Europe [excuse me] he sent a directive to the brewery's design  

engineers to design such a bottle. >
