[Greenbuilding] [BULK] insulating shutters

Think about aluminum frames, and think thinner.  These shutters will be
devilishly heavy if you build them out of wood.  You probably don't need
more than about R-5, but if you want more insulation, I won't argue with
you!

R-max (foil faced stuff) actually paints up real nice - you can paint it
to match your interior sheetrock.  I've seen shutters faced with painted
R-max that, when closed, looked like part of the wall.
