[Greenbuilding] Green contractors in NYC

Hi all,

I'm looking for green general contractors in NYC -- especially ones 
who will take on small projects like partial apartment renovations or 
small additions to houses. (Actually, I'll take recommendations for 
good small project GC's, green or otherwise! They're really hard to 
find here.) I'm aware of a few green builders in and around NYC, and 
while they are good, they tend to be expensive and/or only take 
larger projects. That's great when I have larger and well-budgeted 
projects, but I also have a number of kitchen and bath type projects currently.
