I suspected as much.  This makes me want to go out and get that inverter
now.  I can drive a truck within 200 feet of any tree on my place in dry
weather, a good inverter and 200' of cord would replace a lot of cussing
and rope pulling, not to mention emissions.  10 acres of woods should
allow me to cut all the firewood I'll ever need while timber
stand-improving the woods, a sustainable win-win.  

I was just bucking up some 30" diameter oak logs with the electric saw,
they are NOT wimps as widely believed, they'll hold their own even in
thick oak.
