In the past, I have asked my Stihl dealer about electric
chainsaws, and the price he quoted me seemed too high, though I can't
remember what it was. However, in view of this:

I decided to investigate again, and this time the price seemed
reasonable. So, tomorrow or the next day, I should take delivery on
a Stihl electric (MSE 220) which will use the same size blade, chain,
and all other accessories as my trusty Stihl 036.

     Thanks for the push, Rob.
