Tom;

The supplier that pre-forms your siding will (or should) have stock  
flashings to match the various sheet profiles that they carry.

Usually, those stock flashings will include (in addition to your everyday  
sill and J-flashings) door and window casings (ie head,jamb and sill  
flashings), gable dividers, I/S and O/S corners, eave and gable end  
cornices etc.

You may have to make a trip to the dealer or the plant to pick up a  
brochure or sheet that shows the various stock flashings.
