Rob, I agree and you can put a torch on it and it won't perpetuate a
flame. You still have to coat it with something or sunlight will turn it
to powder like most other plastics. I think for sealing and insulating
the shells of old homes, this is hard to beat. It seals so well that a
air/air exchanger is essential to the combination.
