Here is a page that shows flame temperatures for different fuel/oxygen mixes:

acetylene/oxygen is 4892F

hydrogen/oxygen is 5792F

There is no was you will get a 10,000 degree 
flame temperature with anything, certainly not in 
air, which is only 21% oxygen.
