[Greenbuilding] Green Streets?

If the bricks are pervious or otherwise deal with stormwater runoff mgmt,
then could be quite green. This is a topic many municipal folks are focusing
on.

What is the new paving system?
Using bricks to pave has more of a 'new urbanism' hint rather than green.
That is unless the bricks are made of fly ash, then we're talking green.
