[Greenbuilding] Good 'green' architectural programs in US and Canada

Can someone give me a recommendation for a good master's program in
architecture, particularly focusing on 'green building'? I am looking to
attend graduate school either in the US or Canada. Also, if anyone can give
any tips on going into this field, I would appreciate it.
