[Greenbuilding] metric system in building, was 'square head screws'

Though I grew up with the metric system, and am quite fond of its
scalability across different units of measurement, etc., for building a
house I like my 16 ft tape measure. To my mind, base 12 is an awfully good
starting point for measuring lengths in a building. I admit to being less
fond of the base 8 divisions within the inch.

my two cents.
