[Greenbuilding] DC Area: Design Assistant/Drafter Wanted

[David Bamford]

   Collaborative design group with a focus on residential ecological building
   practices is looking for an assistant to prepare permit and construction
   drawing sets for a variety of project types: new construction, in-city
   renovations and remodels. Most projects include highly-insulated building
   envelopes, passive + active solar energy harvesting, living roofs, and
   careful material selection. Other tasks might include: material research,
   field measurements, and communicating with consultants.


   Some Details:

   §         Minimum 15 hours/week

   §         Work from home

   §         Pay $20-$35/hour depending on experience

   §         Must have experience preparing permit and construction drawings

   §         Vectorworks experience a plus
