Condensation can be a big problem.  It is mitigated somewhat if your
window insulation is a good vapor barrier and fits tightly - the
condensation comes from interior air convecting and dumping its moisture
load on the glass.  People can have problems with water on wood trim
sometimes with interior insulation.
