[Greenbuilding] heat load software

Hi all,

I'm looking for some heat load calc software if anybody has suggestions 
they would be welcome.  We're currently using Elite but we're not very 
happy with it.  We would like something that is relatively user friendly 
and highly functional with good tech support.  Something with ROI 
analysis capability would really be nice.  Is this asking too much?
