Hi Curt,

Here is my free one:

All the code is in the browser page (Javascript), so you can add 
additional functionality yourself if you like.
It does do a first year and 10 year $ saving as well as a GHG saving.
The 1st one addresses the whole house, the 2nd upgrading insulation in 
one area.

The price is right :)
