Quite frankly I find these ideas about as appealing as the idea of  
re-using brown grocery bags for toilet paper.

That is, while the Green sentiment may be there, it's a rather crude and  
inelegant solution.

I think the message that Greenies should be promulgating is that Green  
solutions are beautiful and elegant while being resourceful and  
resource/health conscious.

For the signage, the thought of something woven from willow cuttings came  
to mind.
For the badges, flowers. But I'm sure that with some further thought,  
better ideas would come to mind, like training a choir of dogs to bark out  
the company's name in three part harmony to an assembled audience. They'd  
certainly remember that. Eh ?
