Nick;
In the Olde Days, glass greenhouses would be whitewashed (ie lime + water)
in summer.
And then come autumn, the whitewash would be washed off with water.
I have no idea if whitewash will stick to glossy(?) fibreglass.
What you might do is, if you have some Calomine lotion in your medicine
cabinet, dab a bit onto your panel to see if it sticks.
