we're working on it, RT.  however, Shrub may be back at the ranch by the
time this project comes to pass; word is that the contractor works to a 6-9
mo. lead time, and the deal is not yet complete.  

will definitely keep the list posted with schedule, quantity, and sizes.
Like Rob suggests, the old doors are a good source of raw material.  they
were installed in an 18 story hi-rise, so I'm probably safe assuming that
the sash and glass was rated for some significant wind loads.
