[Greenbuilding] Stainless fasteners for PV Frame?

I would like to use 1/2" stainless steel all-thread rod for anchors 
bolts in the steel array frame . This is in a very public educational 
setting and I am concerned about corrosion in the concrete effecting the 
stability of the frame. My structural engineer said that would be fine 
as long as the rod was equal or higher than ASTM 36. Can anyone help me 
evaluate that?

The only Fastenal specs offered on the rod are that the tensile strength 
is 75,000psi min, Yield of 30,000psi min and a core hardness min of HRB80.
