[Greenbuilding] waterless urinals

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience, good or bad, with  
Kohler waterless urinals. Architecturally, they're very nice but I'm  
highly suspicious of their being cartridge-less, since I've had  
significant odor issues with my own cartridge-less Duravit.  
Considerably more maintenance than I was lead to believe was  
necessary to keep the odor down. And I'm only one person. This  
installation will be in a restaurant. I'm leaning towards Falcon, but  
the design is so utilitarian.

Also, any beta on Zero Flush? One of their models looks great but I  
haven't heard anything about the company at all.
