Are you looking specifically for a stain (color) or a sealer, and what
kind of floor? Following anecdote is about sealing a wood floor with
tung oil.

We milled our own flooring (hemlock, from our own property) and finished
with pure tung oil in 50% solution with orange solvent. We covered the
entire floor with a liberal amount, wiped it down, and went away for a
day, then repeated 3-4x.

The resulting finish is breathtaking, although hemlock is a softwood and
takes damage fairly readily. The floor shows no water damage whatsoever
despite periodic mopping, spilled tea, biological incidents involving
cats, etc. even though this floor is installed in the kitchen, where we
also have our laundry. We do have tile in the bathrooms, but I almost
regret not putting the wood there as well. Send email if you want a photo.
