[Greenbuilding] Bathroom Fan

How about the Panasonic through the wall fan?

Frankly, I'm not sure why you wouldn't just use the HRV. I've heard some
arguments against doing so, but I've done this for the last couple years and
it's worked great. No thinking about turning the fan on/off, it just does
its thing. And it's balanced, so you're not sucking in unconditioned air
etc.

Additionally, putting an HRV return in the bathroom and having a fan is
asking for the HRV to suck air in through the fan when the fan isn't
operating. None of those dampers seems to work really well to prevent this.
