[Greenbuilding] seeking information about a product called "Peel and Seal"

Hi all,
We are having metal-roof leakage problems.
Some of the leakage has to do with less than perfect installment of the 
corrugated metal
itself, and some might be due to faulty installment of the OSB and tar 
underlayment.

My neighbor who is working on looking at fixing options has come across 
a product
called "Peel and Seal".  Any information regarding how well it works?
Any other information and ideas regarding products and procedures we 
should adopt?
