Hi Chris,
Interestingly enough I just came across these units on another
listserve and they are being used in Australia. I was going to post
these links on this list and ask if anyone had heard of them. I don't
know whether they are exactly what you are asking for, but they strike
me as interesting, but I don't know anything more than a brief scan on
the webpages.
