I would agree with this one - though plants have other (t)issues.
Bacteriostat is a pretty specific term and a hard one to achieve and not
sure why you would want to. Realistically you are introducing a biocide -
and rule of thumb for that to be affective it typically has to be in
concentrations strong enough to kill human tissue as well. Be careful in
what you wish for.

and add humidity with an output product worthy of breathing.
